CONCRETE POLISHING SYSTEMS

Concrete Polishing is the transformation of ground concretes to mirror brightness by passing through the stages of scraping, honing and polishing, respectively, with industrial machines. Thanks to the Lithium Silicate-based liquid surface hardener used during this application, the concretes will have 20 Years Dusting feature. In full glossy form, the concrete surface resistance increases by 500%, making your floor concretes sustainable.

Maintenance and repair

Even when the concrete itself is expertly prepared, used without maintenance or improperly coated, its surface begins to deteriorate and can show the increasing effects of regular wear and tear over time. If the ground is subjected to conditions such as frequent traffic, heavy loads or impact, chemicals, moisture and other impacts, it may begin to crumble and, if left untreated, have bad consequences. The ground conditions of each facility are different. Concrete offers us a strong base, but it naturally cures over time and cracks occur as it settles. This cracking can be controlled initially by control joints that encourage the concrete to crack along straight lines. However, joint deterioration, unsealed joints, and unexpected cracks can cause a number of problems in an industrial environment, including:
  • Moisture seep into cracks,
    Leakage of oils or chemicals that contaminate the floor and / or corrode,
    Increased repair and maintenance costs of the floor
    Difficulty cleaning when debris gets stuck in cracks
    Wear and tear on the vehicles due to the shaking of the wheels on uneven ground (plus driver fatigue)
