CONCRETE POLISHING SYSTEMS

Concrete Polishing is the transformation of ground concretes to mirror brightness by passing through the stages of scraping, honing and polishing, respectively, with industrial machines. Thanks to the Lithium Silicate-based liquid surface hardener used during this application, the concretes will have 20 Years Dusting feature. In full glossy form, the concrete surface resistance increases by 500%, making your floor concretes sustainable.
MATT - NON-DUST FLOOR APPLICATIONS

In this system, old-new industrial coating concretes, floor concretes or industrial screed concretes are first scraped with 20/30 grit, 50/70 grit and 120 grit metal bonded diamonds with Industrial Machines and the concrete surface is smoothed. At the next stage, Lithium Silicate-based liquid surface hardener is applied to the surface and the concrete is dusted for 20 years. After this stage, the concrete is honed with 50 and 100 grit resin diamonds, respectively, and the application is completed. It can be applied in areas such as car parks, logistics warehouses, factory floors. It allows you to obtain dust-free, non-slip, wear-resistant and long-lasting floors.

SEMI-GLOSS FLOOR APPLICATIONS

FULL GLOSS FLOOR APPLICATIONS

In Full Polished Application, concretes are first scraped with 20/30 grit, 50/70 grit and 120 grit metal bonded diamonds with Industrial Machines and the concrete surface is smoothed. At the next stage, Lithium Silicate-based liquid surface hardener is applied to the surface and the concrete is dusted for 20 years. After this stage, the concrete is polished with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit resin diamonds, respectively, to achieve a mirror shine form on the floors. Finally, a sealer that provides anti-slip and protects the concrete from chemical substances is applied to the perfectly smoothed concrete and the application is completed.

COLORED GLOSS FLOOR APPLICATIONS

In Full Gloss application, floor concretes can be colored with special transparent paints optionally. These paints penetrate into the concrete to a depth of 2-4mm. The texture of the concrete is fully visible. It feels like a colored glass on the concrete. In the application, during the polishing phase, it is applied 1-2 layers on the concrete after 1500 grit resin diamonds. Subsequently, it is polished with 3000 grit resin diamond and finished by applying sealer on the floor. It is environmentally friendly and easy to maintain. Shortly after the application is completed, the floors can be opened to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Thanks to its aesthetic appearance and long life, it turns into an economic and ecological investment in the long term.

Parking Line Applications

Parking lines are applied with 3 different paint types. Acrylic-based, one-component and two-component cold paints are applied according to the concrete floor and car park structure features, as well as the parking lines standard and passenger car parking dimensions.

Parking Lot Wall-Column Paint Applications

In open car park and parking garage designs, parking systems that provide integrity in the ground, wall, column, corner and car parking areas are applied not only with floor painting and ground marking applications, but also with additional equipment such as traffic signs, parking systems, rubber floor stoppers.

Maintenance and repair

Even when the concrete itself is expertly prepared, used without maintenance or improperly coated, its surface begins to deteriorate and can show the increasing effects of regular wear and tear over time. If the ground is subjected to conditions such as frequent traffic, heavy loads or impact, chemicals, moisture and other impacts, it may begin to crumble and, if left untreated, have bad consequences. The ground conditions of each facility are different. Concrete offers us a strong base, but it naturally cures over time and cracks occur as it settles. This cracking can be controlled initially by control joints that encourage the concrete to crack along straight lines. However, joint deterioration, unsealed joints, and unexpected cracks can cause a number of problems in an industrial environment, including:
  • Moisture seep into cracks,
    Leakage of oils or chemicals that contaminate the floor and / or corrode,
    Increased repair and maintenance costs of the floor
    Difficulty cleaning when debris gets stuck in cracks
    Wear and tear on the vehicles due to the shaking of the wheels on uneven ground (plus driver fatigue)
    Vehicle problems can quickly accelerate ground collisions and other damage, although they are expensive, especially as they slow down production and increase the need for repairs.

SURFACE DEFECTS AND PROBLEMS DURING CONSTRUCTION
